What is the Rev90 program?
Rev 90 is a low-calorie approach that uses high-density foods to help keep you feeling full. It typically provides 500-700 calories per day for fast results.
Your body is built with the mechanisms that use fat as a clean, stable, powerful energy source, but most of the time we override this natural response. We either consume way too many sugars or carbohydrates, or we’re so toxic and clogged up that our fat burning machines can’t run properly. The Rev 90 (Nutrient Dense Low Calorie) Program supports the body by controlling incoming nutrition and fighting cravings, while making it easier to breakdown and use these excess fat stores.

Low Calorie diets are successful for many individuals trying to lose weight and fight many different types of health conditions. A multitude of studies have shown that low calorie diets provide the necessary stimulus to the body to release excess energy stores, heighten immune responses, and even support positive genetic changes.
How long do I stay on this program?
The Rev 90 Program helps jumpstart your weight loss and get fast results. Follow it for 30 days or up to six weeks. Then, we suggest moving on to our Wellness 90 Program or Keto 90 Program for further weight loss results.
Why only 4-6 Weeks?
Many people follow a high density, low calorie program as a lifestyle. But with the restrictions on foods and calories, some people may choose to move on to another program for more variety.
What products do I need on this program?
The Rev 90 Product Kit provides all the products you need to get started. Choose your Healthy Body Start Pak to ensure you get the 90 nutrients you need. Your Rev 90 kit includes our FitShake™ for a fast, healthy meal. Plus, our Super Greens™ to give you the nutrients that work at the cellular level to support health, and our Slender FX™ Rev™ to support those fat burning mechanisms in your body.
What do I eat?
The Rev 90 Program has a meal plan and recipes you can access once you sign up for this kit. It includes FitShake recipes for lunch or dinner, meals recipes like Tex Mex chicken salad and zucchini lasagna, along with beverages and other choices. On this program, you don’t eat breakfast, but you do have coffee or tea and your nutrition from the Healthy Body Start Pak.
Can I follow this program if I am pregnant or nursing?
We recommend speaking to a physician before trying this, or any weight loss program. Pregnant or nursing moms should not try to lose weight as the baby needs the calories.
If I have a medical condition, what do I do?

How do I get enough nutrients?
Get vitamins, minerals, healthy omegas, and more with your Healthy Body Start Pak, and by following the recipes with healthy vegetables and carbs.
Do I need to excercise?
Exercise can help you burn more fat and build muscle, while improving how you look and feel. Before starting an exercise program, please speak with your medical professional.
How much weight do I lose?
Everyone is different, and the amount you lose depends on your age, activity level, and how faithfully you follow the program. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week, though on this program you may lose more your first week or two, as you adjust to eating a healthier, lower calorie diet.
The key is that the “Challenge” can take as long as you need to reach your goal. Whether that is 90 days, six months, or more – you can join, enter, and keep joining and entering to celebrate each goal, each milestone, and your results along the way. It is about moving into a healthy lifestyle, and living 90 For Life.
